Instructions for use:

- Choose fitted underwear made of stable fabric and suitable width.

- Wash in the washing machine at 30-60 degrees or by hand.

- Dry well outside or in a warm place, not a dryer.

- Avoid using softener as it may reduce absorbency.

- Do not iron.
