Order Information

  • How can I complete my order?

After adding the products you want to your cart, click on the basket icon and check that you have added the correct quantities of each product you want, at this point you can add the discount coupon if you have one. Then select complete order and fill in the shipping details. To avoid an error do not use autofill or if you do check that all information is correct, especially your phone number because it will be used by the courier company for delivery. Choose to pay by card through the secure payment system or pay via PayPal if this suits you better. After your order is successfully completed please check your e-mail for updates.

  • How are domestic orders sent?

Orders are sent with ELTA courier, and ONLY with this method, after the successful completion of the order. All products that are ready to be shipped are sent in 1-3 working days. Products listed as available upon request are placed on a waiting list and are shipped as soon as possible. The shipment for these products can take up to 15 working days (3 weeks), contact us in advance if you want an estimate of when the products will be ready. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking code in your email to track its progress, please also check the spam folder. The courier company will call you on the phone number you filled in before delivery, if they do not find you they will leave a notification in your mailbox. To facilitate the delivery better, fill in with Greek characters and include more information on how to find you, e.g. floor, name on the door bell, etc. Caution If the delivery is not successful after 2 notifications and 2 weeks the order is returned to the sender. If this happens due to the responsibility of the recipient and the order is returned the shipping amount is non-refundable. If you want us to resend the order you will have to pay for the shipping. It is not possible to send by cash on delivery or charge of the recipient or any other method other than the above. If you encounter any problem with the receival of your order, please contact us immediately to help you resolve it.

  • Do you offer cash on delivery?

We do not offer cash on delivery because firstly the service has an extra charge that burdens the customer and secondly it is risky method that charges the company if it is not received. If you do not have a card or Pay Pal to complete your order contact us via e-mail or message on social media to send you details for a bank deposit. Mention in the message the products you are interested in, the bank/s you are working with and the shipping details plus your phone number for the fastest result. The products will be shipped after the deposit is verified.

  • Can I return or exchange the products?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted as it is a personal hygiene product. If you are not sure if the product is right for you please order a single piece to try it out. If there is a defect in the products please contact us immediately with the details and photos in order to receive a replacement.

  • Πώς μπορώ να ενημερωθώ για την πορεία της παραγγελίας μου;

Πέρα από το e-mail επιβεβαίωσης και το e-mail με τον κωδικό εντοπισμού δεν θα λάβετε κάποια άλλη ενημέρωση αν δεν τη ζητήσετε. Αν θέλετε να ενημερωθείτε σχετικά με την πορεία της παραγγελίας παρακαλώ στείλτε e-mail στο wastelessdesign@gmail.com ή μήνυμα στα social media και αναφέρετε τον αριθμό παραγγελίας από το e-mail επιβεβαίωσης (ελέγξτε το φάκελο με τα ανεπιθύμητα αν δεν το βρίσκεται) ή κάποιο άλλο στοιχείο π.χ. το e-mail που βάλατε. Παρακαλώ επιτρέψετε μία εργάσιμη (24 ώρες) για να απαντηθεί το μήνυμά σας. Καταβάλεται η μέγιστη προσπάθεια όλες οι παραγγελίες με προϊόντα που είναι διαθέσιμα κατόπιν παραγγελίας να αποστέλλονται το συντομότερο δυνατόν εντός του πλαισίου των 3 εβδομάδων που ορίζεται ώς χρόνος μέγιστης αναμονής στις πληροφορίες σχετικά με την αποστολή παραγγελιών και τηρώντας την σειρά προτεραιότητας. Θα εκτιμούνταν ιδιαιτέρως αν περιμένετε να παρέλθει το διάστημα των 3 εβδομάδων και εφόσον δεν έχετε λάβει ειδοποίηση αποστολής μέχρι τότε να επικοινωνήσετε εκ των υστέρων.
