Instructions for use:
- Choose fitted underwear made of stable fabric and suitable width.
- The absorbent side is the one with the design, it fastens as the photos show.
- After use, place in cold water for 8-24 hours.
- Rinse well with cold water.
- Wash in the washing machine at 40-60 degrees.
- Dry well outside or in a warm place, not a dryer.
- Avoid using softener as it may reduce absorbency.
- Never iron the bottom side, if you want only lightly on the top.

Excellent, I have medium to large flow and I use this one for the evening. I have no issues .. leaks and they are washed very easily. I rinse them with cold water, soak them in a basin with a little vinegar and baking soda and wash them at 40 degrees without fabric softener. The best zero waste change I have made, try it.
